Descriptions

This guide will introduce you to Ent's statement features. Simply move your mouse over the numbered sections below for detailed descriptions, or print out a copy of the guide for reference.
















Descriptions



1. At the top of each page, your account number, the statement period, and page numbers are clearly shown.

2. This area is for your greeting.

3. The summary section provides a quick overview of your accounts and balances as of the end of the statement period.

4. Indicates the number of accounts represented in the summary line. For example, if you have two savings accounts, the number in parenthesis shows as "(2)". The balance column gives the combined balances of those two savings accounts.

5. This area is for special messages.

6. Account Heading and ID (suffix) are displayed for easy identification.

7. Summary. Each section features a summary of account activity for the month.

8. Detailed Transaction History. All transactions for the statement period in date order with a running balance. Beginning and ending balances now appear in bold for easier reading.

9. Annual Percentage Yield Earned this statement period.

10. Dividends Earned Year-to-Date (YTD).

11. Account Ownership. If there is a joint owner it will appear just under the heading for each section.

12. Summary. Each individual section features a summary of account activity for the month.

13. Detailed Transaction History. All transactions for the statement period in date order with a running balance. Beginning and ending balances now appear in bold for easier reading.

14. Cleared Check Summary. A listing of all checks cleared during the statement period, in sequential order. These same checks also appear in the detailed transaction history (13), but many members use a check summary when balancing their accounts. Now you can choose the method that works best for you!

15. Maturity Date. Certificates and IRAs show the maturity date.

16. Annual Percentage Rate and the corresponding Daily Periodic Rate.

17. Detailed Transaction History. Payment, principal, finance charge, and any late charges associated with your payment are listed in columns. Beginning and ending loan balances for the statement period are in bold.

18. Credit Limit and Credit Available will appear if the loan includes a line of credit.

19. Finance Charge Paid Year-to-Date (YTD).

20. Your Escrow Balance is shown.

21. Detailed Transaction History now includes payment, principal, interest, and escrow breakouts in addition to any late charges.
