ENT FCU MORTGAGE LENDING RECOGNIZED AMONG TOP 25 TECH-SAVVY LENDERS

Colorado Springs, Colo. – Ent Federal Credit Union was recently recognized by Mortgage Technology Magazine as being in the top 25 of tech-savvy mortgage lenders.

The magazine honored lenders that are at the forefront in using technology in their daily operations. Ent – who is a Prime Alliance customer – implemented the Dexma Loan Origination Center and is now adding on the Dexma Loan Fulfillment Center to handle everything from the loan application through closing documents.

Ent's use of their technology solutions enabled them to handle a 400 percent increase in FHA loan volume over the last 15 months. The credit union was able to utilize Dexma's built in processing tasks and conditions function to easily input, process and close their member's loans.

Ent's use of technology assures a smooth mortgage process for their members. Their ability to quickly and efficiently originate, process, close and service mortgage loans in-house has made them a leader in mortgage lending in their service area. Because of their technology solution, members can apply online at Ent.com from the comfort of their home, and even check the status of their loan throughout the entire process.
