A:  Your user name should not be your actual name. You should use an alias or an ambiguous name that does not directly identify you. Your user name can have letters, numbers, spaces, or punctuations in it and it is not case sensitive. Please note that your user name will be displayed along with the amount of your bid.

Q: What is Extended Bidding?
A:  We don't want a great deal on an Auto Auction vehicle to get away from you in an auction's last few seconds! With our new Extended Bidding feature, bids entered in an auction's last 5 minutes extend the end of the auction an additional 5 minutes from the time of your bid. (Example: If an auction is scheduled to end at 4:30pm and a bid is submitted at 4:27pm - the new end time for that auction is 4:32pm.)
